Terms of Service

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.1 Your Rights

Subject to these Terms, you retain ownership of images you create using our Service, provided that:

• You have the rights to any input content you provide
• Your use complies with these Terms and applicable laws
• You acknowledge our limited license to use content as described below

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create deepfakes or misleading content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Generate NSFW content without appropriate consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures

5.1 Credit System

• New users receive free credits upon registration
• Credits are consumed when generating or editing images and videos
• Different models and features may consume different amounts of credits
• Unused credits may expire according to your plan terms
• Credits are non-transferable and hold no cash value

5.2 Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the price displayed at the time of purchase
• All subscription fees are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date
• By subscribing, you explicitly authorize recurring charges to your payment method
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until then
• No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation

5.3 Refund Policy

We strive to provide a fair and transparent refund process:

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of their initial subscription purchase, provided that fewer than 3% of the plan's included credits have been consumed
• Refund Method: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
• How to Request: To request a refund, email support@flux-context.org with your registered email address and the reason for the request. Requests must be submitted within the 7-day window

Refunds are NOT available in the following circumstances:

• More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
• More than 20% of the plan's included credits have been used
• The subscription is a renewal (not a first-time purchase)
• Credits or one-time credit packs have been substantially consumed
• The account has been suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms
• The user has previously received a refund for a prior subscription

5.4 Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a billing concern, we strongly encourage you to contact us at support@flux-context.org before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.

• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and loss of access to all credits and generated content
• We reserve the right to contest any chargeback by submitting evidence of service delivery, including but not limited to: account activity logs, generation history, IP access records, and these agreed-upon Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and, where applicable, referral to collections or legal action

5.5 Free Trial and Promotional Credits

• Free credits provided at registration are for evaluation purposes only and are non-refundable
• Promotional credits or discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free credit offerings at any time

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a limited license to:

• Store and display your content within the Service
• Process your content to provide the Service
• Create backups for service reliability

6.2 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Flux Context and protected by intellectual property laws.

8.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

8.2 AI-Generated Content

We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flux Context shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
