No AI Training
Your data is never used for training, fine-tuning, improving, or further developing any AI models. This applies without exception.
No Feedback Loops
Uploaded inputs and generated outputs are not included in any learning-back mechanisms, feedback loops, or model improvement processes.
Auto-Deletion
Generated outputs are stored in encrypted form for a limited period to allow account access, then permanently and automatically deleted.
Encrypted Storage
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
Default for All Users
These data protection commitments apply to every user on our platform by default — including commercial and enterprise accounts. No opt-out is required.
Content Policy and Access Controls
Model availability and outputs are subject to account status, provider review, and our current content policy. We apply these controls to support platform safety, processor compliance, and abuse prevention.

User Responsibility
You remain responsible for ensuring your prompts, uploads, outputs, and published work comply with applicable law, platform rules, and payment-processor requirements.
Illegal violence and other unlawful use cases are prohibited and may result in request blocking or account restrictions.
